INTRODUCTION
The headstock, gear box, apron and bedways are made of high quaity castings. The bed ways are induction hardened with a hardness of HRC 52
The Spindle supported by 3 pointed high-precision bearings, with all gears in the headstock being precision ground, ensuring the spindle turns smoothly at high speed. The spindle has high rigidity ensuring the absolute temperature rises no higher than 35 degrees C
Rapid feed system improves efficiency and a eide range of feed and threads are available without the need to change gears..
The distance between centres allows workpieces up to 1,500mm to be turned.
Reliable safety features, such as footbrake and emergency power-off are included together with overloadprotection on the feed system.
The Tailstocks are equipped with double-locked mechanism, and smooth effortless movement is ensured by the eleastic scroll devices fitted.
